Welcome to Aven Row. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through our online store.

2. Our Online Store
Aven Row is an online fashion retailer offering clothing, footwear and related fashion products.
We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue products, collections, prices, promotions or other website content at any time.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. Product Information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information and prices displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Sizing may also vary between individual products. We recommend reviewing the relevant Size Guide and product information before placing your order.
If we discover a material error in product information or pricing after you place an order, we may contact you before processing the order.
4. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Australian version of our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Any applicable shipping costs, taxes or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
5. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorisation.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate and offer a suitable resolution. We will not intentionally substitute an unavailable item with a different size, colour or product without your agreement.
6. Payments
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Depending on availability, these may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay or other payment providers displayed during checkout.
Payment information is processed through secure payment systems. Aven Row does not directly store complete payment card information where payment is processed by an external payment provider.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

However, once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Our estimated standard delivery timeframe is generally 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, destination, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Aven Row currently offers free tracked shipping Australia-wide, subject to the conditions stated on our website.

9. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Please note that tracking information may take several days to show its first update after your shipment has entered the carrier network.
10. Returns
We offer eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, products generally need to be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Please contact info@avenrow.au before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
11. Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@avenrow.au.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies to your purchase, your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to any rights offered under Aven Row's own policies.
14. Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, Aven Row may offer promotional codes, multi-buy discounts, sales or other special offers.
Promotions may:
- Be available for a limited time
- Apply only to selected products
- Require a minimum purchase
- Be limited to one use per customer
- Be unavailable in combination with other promotions
Specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to correct or cancel promotions affected by genuine technical or pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Aven Row website, including branding, text, graphics, design elements and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Aven Row or NA Commerce.

We reserve the right to restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
